SHIPPING (CONTIGUOUS 48 STATES)

Currently we are only able to ship to the 48 contiguous United States, and Washington, D.C. We cannot ship to the following locations or internally: Alaska, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific.

We ship most US orders via FedEx or USPS depending on the size and weight of the order, as well as which items are ordered. We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve materials, but in the event that one or more of your items will require additional processing time, we will ship available items as soon as possible.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday from our warehouse here in Bellevue, NE. All orders are currently shipped within a 5-7 business day order processing time.

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. We will notify you directly in the event that a product’s availability date changes. Please contact Customer Service for additional information.

 

PRICING POLICY

All prices in our store and online are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

If you have purchased products that are now on sale, we will gladly offer you a one-time price adjustment if you contact us within 7 days of the original date of shipment or in-store purchase.

We do not offer price adjustments on shipping charges or when a sale applies to an entire order. Price adjustments are only given for when specific products or a specific group of products go on sale.
